Because we believe honey should be enjoyed exactly as our bees made it, we spin our frames in a radial extractor and gently strain the harvest through a coarse mesh. This precise process catches the wax cappings while allowing all the beneficial local pollen and natural enzymes to pass right through into the final pour. We never micro-filter, ensuring you get the absolute highest quality raw product.
